Travelling in time

The biggest authentic museum of socialistic realism in the world is Moscow itself. An endeavour to comprehend Russian culture and mentality led me through doors of the Tretyakov State Gallery. The Gallery exhibits the Russian art of the 20th century and it is a gate to a different period of time. This institution functions as an open-air museum of a dying-out spirit of the Soviet Union. Among the walls of a massive building, located at the waterfront of the Moscow river, a journey in time can be experienced.
