In the Album series Jon investigates the subject that powered photography the most from its very beginnings, yet was always relegated to the amateur sphere and considered to be purely anecdotal: the family album. Using himself as guinea pig through pictures that make up his family album, the author introduces us to a new visual dimension, that of faceless memory. Time registers that through careful editing become phantasmagoric images. Normal scenes that as a result of this simple action insist they be approached in a new way.
