I love cities, streets, buildings, windows, balconies, walls, structures... The city is a concentrate of human energy that is about to explode. It is the clash between the old and the new, where past, present and future are compressed into a single block. Architecture is a symbol for me. It represents the spirit of time, petrified into walls and windows, invisible fluid enclosed in stone by measures, proportions and shapes: buildings are perfect novels made of stones and empty spaces... but in the end it is human energy, all the lives lived behind these walls that give them beauty.
