In 2009, Andrew Phelps took photographs in Japan's Niigata prefecture for the European Eyes on Japan Festival. This elaborately designed volume presents the artist's selection from the hundreds of images he brought back from his trip.

Andrew Phelps works as a freelance artist in Salzburg, Austria, and is member of the Galerie Fotohof. He has published several photo books and has shown his works in numerous international exhibitions.
